Born with deep roots in Grand Bassa County, Elijah combines his technical expertise with an intimate understanding of Liberia's challenges to build solutions that actually work in the African context.

His mission is simple: use technology to create economic opportunity, improve public services, and connect Liberia to the global digital economy.
